4 days from having an abortion im experiencing really bad sometimes unbearable pain in the lower abdomen and groin area, painkillers don't seem to be taking the pain away either...also im finding it hard to go to the toilet and iv also had no bleeding as such since the termination but have had some brownish spotting, is that normal? i know i should go to the doctor if im unsure but i want to see if anyone has experienced this and try and shed some light on it for me....thanks x

Was it a surgical or medical abortion?
Some heavy cramping and spotting is normal. Severe pain or heavy bleeding is cause for concern and you need to see your doctor.
