I've been haing pain in the back of my left shoulder and in directly in middle of the top of my back. I'm also, having pressure on the brain and a little nausea. Ia m being told that the pain in my shoulder is just cold. The pain in head is just sinus pressure/ anxiety. My husband just lost his job so I can't go to the doctor because we lost the insurance. What is it?
