I spend a lot of time with my tablet in a really bad position. Chin touching my chest and the back bent leaning against the sofa!! Then 3 nights ago while in this position I swallowed my saliva and felt an unusal pain in my throat like a really bad sore throat deep in my throat on the right side. It has not got any better but tonight I discovered that if I swallow with my head up looking at the ceiling while swallowing there's no pain. If I look forward and swallow there's some pain and if I look down and swallow the pain is really bad. Looking right and left doesn't make any difference. To me it feels like and infection deep in my throat, but having read all the posts here....it could be anything really! Any ideas ??

to anyone suffering with this, the solution is very simple! this has nothing to do with a soar throat but rather muscle tightness in the area. To deal with this, massage the impacted area with CASTOR OIL for 15 minutes and tightly wrap it with cloth and go to bed afterwards, taking off the cloth when you wake. do this every night until it goes away. it should go away quickly!

You were me at 19 years old that’s how my goiter and cysts started to develop and I didn’t realize it but over the years it got worse and worse and now I’m 33 years old and just had to have a Total Thyroidectomy because I had a large goiter and three cysts. If I were you I would ask for a thyroid ultrasound and see an Endocrinologist immediately.
