Holy c**p! You think it is a cyst? I just have pain at the top of my butt crack and sometimes it goes down into my right side of my butt cheek kind of in my hip area but not my hip hard to explain but hurts when I drive more than 30 to 45 minutes I just want to die! Does it have anything to do with a sciatic nerve?

I am going to the same thing I believe I picked up a bag it is just above basically at the lower part of my back where you would bend I believe I've been and what it's called is and the pain is unbearable when I move so I cannot move it's a strained ligament and I will have to wait for it to go away if I try to stand up I can feel that it gets tight so I don't know if this is the same thing you have or not but if you can get ice on it or heat and try to stay off of it it takes about 4 days and I mean four days of baby and yourself no lifting no walking nothing except maybe stretching your legs a little bit and walking to the bathroom take off work if you have to and it will go away but learn as I have don't pick up any heavy objects you can twist and do the same thing and yes the pain is horrible it's a sharp shooting pain it's not in the tailbone it's at the very end below your waist so right now I'm sitting on the couch with a pillow behind my back it's hard because I'm putting pressure on my tailbone I don't know what else to do if you go to the doctors to going to put you under the MRI or whatever but if you can wait it out for about 4 days have any muscle relaxers they do help but you have to lay still you can't be out running around driving the car all that does is irritate the ligament could be a torn ligament I've had it as long as a week I've had it before and it usually comes from twisting the wrong way

I had also this problem, I take precautions from my doctor and he told me that use hot water and toast that place, remember my words, use only that much hot water. At which you are comfortable and it worked for me. Today I don't have any problem like that.

Hey! I’ve had his exact same pain for the past couple of days now, haven’t been able to sit, lie down and recently couldn’t walk comfortably. But I realized that it was because I was constipated! I’m pretty 100% sure about this. So I took my moms supplement called “Cahuenga Fibra” and I went (pooped) ALOT in one go, and the pain almost immediately subdued. I can still feel a little discomfort, but it’s much better than before!

Also if you can’t get that supplement right away, you can try prune juice.. however it might not be as strong, so try and get “Cahuenga Fibra” asap!! It’ll work miracles! :)) goodluck!

Hey! Have you ever considered that you are constipated?? I had this exact pain for the second time and realized it’s because I was constipated. So I took a supplement called “Cahuenga Fibra” and it really helped. & if you don’t believe that constipation is causing this then you can get an X-ray, but really just try it out and see for yourself. Pooping never really hurt anyone :)) but not pooping does :(

I think this is a different pain than what we’re experiencing. Yours is your lower back, ours is literally at the beginning of our but crack, almost at the very end of the spine.. or so it seems. & im more than sure it’s caused my major constipation! Try “Cahuenga Fibra” or other supplements that help you go restroom! You will feel very relieved afterwards. I know from experience :(
