I have pain on my left side, below my ribcage and beneath the ribcage at the bottom of it.. The area is also tender to the touch. I do not have back pain, shortness of breathe, heart problems, gas, or constipation. I am 32 in good health and female. Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you gone to see a doc yet? Sounds like symptoms of what is call diverticulitis. Do you eat alot of junk food/very little fiber? How long has this pain gone on? Any fevers? Make Sure to go see an MD. Let me know how you are doing.
