I was awake all night talking with people, when suddenly, this started. My entire neck is painful and achy, and there's a sudden fluid buildup in my ears. If I attempt to cough or burp, the entire mass moves up blocking my throat, this is very painful, and uncomfortable. It's not really a lump, it feels like cartlidge, but I didn't hurt myself. It's swelling some, but not enough to stop my breathing. It's right behind my Adam's apple. Please help, it hurts to breathe. T_T
