I was very sick last weekend with vomiting and diarrhea I had abdominal cramping and rectal pressure the entire time as well.  On Tuesday, I had sex with my husband. It was very painful, he couldn't even put his penis in fully or it felt as if he was stabbing me.  We tried about today, again he couldn't get it in and now I am having the rectal pressure too. Any ideas of what this could be?
