Dermatologist diagnose these tiny painful cysts as milia cysts. Gyno diagnosed as Sebaceous cysts. Is there much of a difference? Im in so much pain. Dermo gave me a cortisone shot into cyst which helped. After being pain free for a month,  I went back to using a vaginal moisturizer and the cyst grew back with in days. Want to go back to using Vaginal estrogen but can't now. Can these cysts be surgically removed and does the proper diagnosis make a difference in terms of type of surgical technique.

Thanks.

Hi, milia cysts are more likely to be on the face around the eyes were as sebaceous cyst appear around areas where hair grow but neither are normally painful unless infected though.

Where abouts on your vagina are they, how many are there, what do they look like and how big are they?
