So last night randomly I starte feeling a sharp pain in my vagina I just slept it off hoping it would go away when in the morning it was still there, I checked it out the next day and it seemed to be near the back of my vaginal opening. It hurts to sit, wear right pants, or Touch it at all. Later on more examination I noticed a bump it doesn't have a head like a pimple or anything but it's only on one side. I sometimes feel the same pain after sex and then when I urinate after sex and sometimes during sex but it usually goes away. But it randomly came up today after two days of no sexual activity. I'm ruling out STI's or STD's I was thinking maybe a yeast infection but I don't have discharge? Please help

it could be a cyst or an inflamed or blocked Bartholin gland. If it is a block gland it will usually become more painful with sexual arousal as that were most of the lubricating secretions come from... regardless you should have it checked
