Painful stomach ache and fainting!

I had horrific stomach pain. I sat in ghe toilet, nothing. I was in so much pain that i almost passed out while trying to get too my bed. Almost passed out! A possible heart attack

hello, i don't know if you were ever properly diagnosed. all the other responses here are not helpfu except the IBS one with vaso vagal syncopy, as i've researched everything. i have the exact same symptoms and issues and have had this once or twice a year for my entire life. i've recently been research gallbladder issues. but i still dont' know if this is it. if it is IBS with Vasovagal and there is no cure,except diet change, i'm very dissapointed. i started taking Dr. berg's gallbladder formula but i don't know if this weill even help. thanks

This could be Vaso Vagal Syncope. Look it up. There is much information out there on this subject.

I suffer this way at times I feel like you had a partial bowl obstruction that solved itself after a few moments.
