As a woman i am most concerned when I noticed painless, skin colored lumps appearing on my labia. They were just under the skin and kind of move around. Unlike some lumps these have no heads and cannot be popped or anything like that. I also noticed that they were the size of a grain on sand. This can't be normal and I've been checked for STD's and came back clear.
What are these and can they be gotten rid of?

I have that too been tested for everything and it never goes away everything always comes back clean no one knows what it is
