pains in lower part of stomach or bladder;

I'm 28 years old, male. I just would want to consult regarding my problem specifically in my lower part of the stomach or bladder. A Week ago i was experiencing frequent peeing and i even felt undetermined pain so i just keep on peeing. I already had a medical check-up and urine test but it goes out normal because every time i pee i never had seen blood on it. I am just bothered why i keep on peeing than the usual and sometimes i felt back pain. I couldn't even determine if it is connected with my pain in the lower stomach because i just did my work out in the gym.

Hi there,

There are two things that can cause this issue of yours. In my opinion this can be caused by problems with your kidneys or by your bladder. The pain that you feel in your stomach might come from the bladder which could be obstructed. The pain in your back might be caused by the malfunctioning kidney or maybe by the stones in your kidneys. Is there a chance that you might have stones in your kidneys? Have you took any pain killers for the pain during this period? You could try to take some antibiotics if there is an infection in your bladder. You could see a doctor as well to confirm what could be causing the problems.
