We will be seeing Dr Chen today with the probability of having him do a parathyroidectomy on my wife ASAP. Did he use a raidoactive locating probe or did he rely mostly on the Sestamibi scan? Ultrasounds? Do you know what your PTH and calcium levels were before surgery? Hers are 93 and 10.8. She feel miserable, worse in the morning. Is your scar in the front or on the side? Thanks.
