patch on the inner part of left outer labia

Hi,

I noticed this patch 2 days ago.  Gets itchy if I touch it. Somewhat painful maybe a 2 out of 10. Pain upon rubbing or wiping with toilet paper. Maybe the size of my pinky finger.  

Any thoughts?
