Just tried it out yesterday. It looks like it is healing well however it appears the white PPP are still there? Will they fall off or are they meant to disappear instantly?

a bit pinker but ultimately like the nail file method which looked like it might work didn't work. The
soldering iron method it is then, doing it soon and will come back on to say if it worked or not.

diy shop, and emla cream for 5 pounds from a pharmacy. It was actually very easy, and took about 10-15 minutes to do them all, I didn't hear any popping but a slight sizzling sound. Like some one else said about half a second - a second on each papule. I am keeping the area clean and applying antiseptic cream, but im thinking of stopping the cream and letting it scab up naturally. I will report back in a week or two to let yous know if it actually worked. Fingers crossed.

I'm trying to let guys know that i had that same problem until I burnt them off with a soldering gun and numbing cream now my problem is gone . Finally!

I've known about my PPP since I was around 13; I'm 22 now. At first I thought it was herpes. I'm still a virgin and I would be worried about showing my penis to any potential sexual partner. sh*t looks screwed; it looks like an STD. If I thought it was herpes the first time, surely they would as well? I just want to have a good looking penis - not something you can't even look at.
I tried tea tree oil a couple of years back with no effect, then laid it all to rest. I heard about the soldering iron back then also, but it just sounded too risky. If it weren't for this thread I still wouldn't do it, but you crazy f**ks went through with it, so now it's my turn. Hopefully I don't p***y out. Wish me luck...

So I just did the procedure.
Whomever pioneered this sh*t is one crazy f**k... Scary sh*t.
Penis head went totally numb from the cream... Very weird when you can't feel anything in your most sensitive bodypart.
Scary when I was about to put the iron on my most prized bodypart... Whomever did this w/o numbing cream are crazy bastards also...
Thankfully didn't feel anything, but you still don't know what is right or wrong when doing it, how much you should zap each one. Some areas I could feel because the numbing was wearing out or I didn't cover that area in cream.
It was difficult to tell the PPPs apart from the rest of the gland. Mine are quite small and hang together in a chain around the gland. They get more prominent when erect, but keeping your junk hard when it's numb and you use a hot iron on it wouldnt the easiest thing... Maybe you need Viagra also? :-)
I will probably have to do another procedure because I had problems finding them so I surely didn't zap all of them. Hopefully the penor won't be in pain once the numbing wears out so that I can sleep.

All of this cost me 40$ and took 10 minutes. Doing a surgery would probably cost at least 20x as much, involve months of waiting and going through the embaressing process of showing my penis to the doctor.
If it weren't for this thread I would still have a diseased looking penis. Like I said, I had already hard about the soldering iron method years ago but it sounded too crazy. So, I'm now doing my part and sharing my experience with anyone else who might stumble upon this thread. Good luck to anyone else trying the soldering iron method, and stay safe.
