I just did the procedure 5 min ago, what a trip.

I did it because I find logic in it. If you burn it and heal, the new skin will be clean. People used to burn their wounds to close them up. Also that's what the doctors do basically with the laser, same procedure just more fancy.

To be honest we men have become so soft. This procedure is nothing to be scared of. Yes my hand was shaking before the first touch of the iron but after that it was really no biggie. I had tiny ppps and I saw them literally melt. No pain no nothing. No doubt in my mind the scabs will heal. Can't wait to see the result. If you're hesitant, just read the whole thread and inform yourself.

it's been two weeks and procedure was a success.

Try to keep area dry until it heals. Scabs need to stay dry. For me I had to use bandage to stick my hood up and keep area airy and dry. Scabs will not form until day 3 or 4 so be patient. after a week the sabs will fall on their own.

All in all I'm glad I did it as nothing else would help believe me I tried and wasted my time.

Been with ppp for nearly 10 years, I can confirm that soldering method works wonders if you are careful about it

It has left very minimal scars but they are nearly negligible once penis is hard, Skin has no papules now and tbh earlier they were so many, Like they must be over 50 in number


Go ahead, Soldering Iron + Good numbing cream = PPPs are gone.


Watch a video on PPP removal using laser or something, Burn them the same way but using your iron.

I should better add the steps I followed

1. Buy a good soldering iron which is beginner friendly, Has multiple tips ( use the most pointed one ) and has the temperature control ( 250 - 350 celcius worked best for me )

2. Buy any numbing cream ( 5% W/W ), I bought a 2% one and it was not that powerful but it helped.

3. A perfect lonely place and a good amount of time.

4. Sit under a flash or use your phone's flash somehow and keep your both hands usable, Put as much cream as you need on the PPP area, Just take it out and rub it there.

5. Use one hand to properly Identify the papule you want to burn and use the other hand to press the iron gently on it. It should make a sound, Don't stop once it makes a sound, Burn it unless you feel it's not noticeable and there should be good amount of burned skin ( it'll smell, there will be a bit of smoke as well )

6. If you are not sure it's enough, Give it a try, Waash your penis once done using water and a gentle soap ( I used a intimate wash gel ), Nothing fancy and go to sleep.

7. You'll see that once they start healing regularly dry the area out with a cloth or something after they are wet ( Healing process makes the skin peel and there's watery substance on the head if you're uncircumsized )

8. It'll take about 10 days for it to heal totally.

9. Repeat the procedure if all the PPP was not cleared. I did it twice coz I was not sure if I burnt them enough and it was scary so I tested them a bit in the first chance.


10. You'll be surprised and so pleased about the new skin and trust me you're ready to loose your virginity!!

I had these ppp since I can remember but they never bothered me. I always thought that one day I will search on the internet for what are they and see if I can remove them. When I searched online, it said that these cannot be removed at home and that they dont go away. Since I read this, I was depressed af. I could not thing about anything else all day everyday... My life was ruined when I read about these fk papules, but when I found this forum and when I read the reply of that guy that removed ppp at home by using tea tree oil, I found a little hope. So I started using tea tree oil. The first two day were with no result and I thought this would be a waste of time and my depression got worse. But I did not stop using tea tree oil. I used the oil 4 times a day, everyday. After the first week, half of the papules dissappeared. Now I am into the end of the second week and I barely have them. The tea tree oil does work, slowly but it works.
Another thing I learned about when I looked up for penile papules, are the fordyce spots. I had them but I never noticed them. Mine were small spots and I always thought that everyone has them. For the fordyce spots it was the same as ppp, no home remedies but again I found a way to decrease them more or maybe I have removed them. The solution was a Zinc soap. Apply the zinc soap when you take a shower and leave it in your vody for at least 5 mins and then rinse it with water. You will see massive difference in 2 days.
