pearly penile papules CURE? Or just a SCAM

If it was not for all the success stories, I would of never done this. I just did my procedure and did not feel a thing! I bought ultra numb off ebay (6% Lidocaine). It would only be right to share my story as well, so I will keep you guys updated over the next several weeks. I hope everyone with PPP find this FORUM!

I am 19 years old and have had PPP since I was 12, I approached my parents about the soldering iron method and they have been extremely dismissive, claiming it to be ridiculous and risky. But I don't seem them making any moves to get me $1000 laser surgery treatment.
I'd like to know what kind of numbing cream to use and what kind of soldering iron to use

Hey everyone - I tried the soldering iron method tonight. I would say that i had mild to light PPP, but i had 6 spots on the back of penis head that all of my girlfriends always noticed.. making me self conscious as all hell. This has never really effected my sex life, but I have always been anxious when letting a girl suck my ween in daylight. I'm 24 years old and just stumbled across this thread - i have the $1-2k in my bank account to spend on CO2 laser removal.. but i figured i would give this a go first. I figured the negative consequences aren't bad as long as youre very careful.

I grabbed some $15 numbing cream from AMAZON - it contained 5% licocaine. I also bought a 30 watt soldering iron, and neosporin. My step by step instructions on what I did:

1. Clean penis with disinfectant wipes. Applied numbing cream
2. Waiting 15 minutes, pinched the spots where i applied the cream to ensure numbness.
3. I washed my penis again and used disinfectant wipes
4. Cleaned the soldering iron, and turned it on. I waited an additional 10min for it to heat up.
5. I pulled my skin down, picked up the soldering iron, and debating not doing this.. for about another 10 minutes. Holy f was i nervous.
6. I tapped a single papule with the soldering iron, maybe 1/2 a second, i hear a sizzle and the skin turned white. I felt no pain at all and decided to continue
7. I touched the other 5 papules for about half a second and heard a sizzle on all.
8. Turned off the iron, used disinfectant wipes on my penis one more time.
9. Put neosporin on the 6 spots i touched tonight.

I am now just playing the waiting game to see if this will have a true effect. I feel no pain at the moment. I will reply back in a couple of days with any updates. So far, I gotta say I am feeling hopeful.

but doesn't that hurt your pearly penile papules and make them actually bleed while you do it in the shower and then if i do the nail file thing in the shower hard should i do it and you said After the first filing, the tips of the papules will appear dry and crusty.After the next filing, this top layer of skin will be removed and you will notice the papules diminishing. If you continue filing, the papules will eventually disappear completely.wouldn't that hurt if i do that when it's dry and crusty i'm just saying

I am 23 now and have had pearly penile papules since I was 16/17 and caused a huge loss of confidence in terms of my sex life. I tried different methods.. toothpaste, castor oil, an attempt at filing. The soldering iron method using EMLA cream to numb then using the hot soldering iron to burn each papule off 1 by 1 WORKS. I had ppp for almost 7 years and in one 15 minute sitting they have all gone. Scabbed over and in about 10 days it was like I never had them.

Hey this post was really informative thank you so much. I've ordered tea tree oil so I'm just waiting on it to arrive. I just have a few questions to ask if that's okay?
1. Once you've let the tea tree oil be absorbed after the 8-10 min waiting period, do you wash the penis again or just leave it (I.e pull the foreskin back over and get on with your day)
2. When noticing shedding is it okay to rub the dead skin to shake it off or just let it fall off naturally?

Your post has given me a lot of hope. I've been so stressed out over these but hopefully this method will work just as well for me too and I can go back to living a normal life.

Hi this is the same person. I've been using tea tree oil for just under a week and the ppp has dramatically reduced. If anyone is suffering mental distress because of this condition please do not stress, there are cures/treatments! If anyone needs any help/advice please feel free to respond.

Sorry for my bad english. I used a 25W soldering iron to burn my papules, i burned them two times in a month because the papules grew back after somedays, very very small but i saw that they comes back ... can you suggest me what shoul i do to remove them definitely ? Should burn them for the 3 time ? after complete guarigion they are invisible, but after a week they comes back very very smaller after the skin. Thank you so much everybody

Hi! i started reading about the soldering iron method two days ago, and today i did it, now waiting for it to heal. I think i need to do it a second time as i didn't burn some of them long enough.
I actually used a paperclip that i heated up over a candle every time i burned a papule. My penis was only half numb so it did cause some pain, that's why i didn't burn some of them long enough. I will give you an update in a couple of weeks when it's fully healed. At first i thought this was MADNESS, burning your penis with a hot piece of metal, but as you guys says, it's basically like the laser. So thank you!!! sorry for bad english.

glad I found this site ... Although it looks almost as if they diminished a bit since the past year , I'd still like to rid then for good .... Turned 19 yrs a few day ago ..

My advise to anyone with this condition , if it bothers you like it did me , get it done and over with. And burn those guys off with a soldering iron

Well here my new testimony... I was once disheartened and depressed over those 'little bumps' on my penis. I was desperate to get rid of em. So much so that I was thinkin of usin the method I learned on this forum... But through research I have learned more about it n figured out that its pretty common n pretty harmless... soon enough I realized that it wasnt as bad as made it look... yea the bumps might be a littl unsightly but it hasnt interfered wit my love life ... I hav lain wit women, hehehe if anything the 'little studs' give the em EXTRA PLEASURE, they give me head n they dont seem to mind it so I worry for nothing ...tho naturally some ignorant ones will be critical of it but o well... what I am sayin though is before you go burnin off yur penis think deep about it first r ask yur mate what he r she tinks...cuz its not as bad as it looks...
