Yes, you could tear the frenulum. As I said it may be uncomfortable.
Without knowing the degree of phimosis it's hard to say.
There are ways to stretch the foreskin so that it will slide. One way is just closing your hand over your penis and masturbating. It'll force the foreskin to slide and eventually it'll loosen, as in weeks not minutes.
As for lubricant, if you can't slide it back then no amount of lube will help. If you can slide it some, then maybe it'll help.
I still think it'll be uncomfortable.
If you're young, wait a bit and it will loosen up.

Hello. I had a concern that I wanted to share, maybe it's happened to others before. I can't make my own topic and I don't really have time to sit and do research to make a proper post.
Alright I had a nice vacation with my fiance, and we spent most of the time having sex, some was gentle and some was rough simply put. Last night I was in the shower and I noticed when I looked down at my penis under the skin on the left side towards the bottom of the shaft, there was a little lump under the skin on the muscle or right smack next to it. It isn't painful at all in anyway. I woke up the next morning and I went to see if it was still there and it appeared to be gone. Later on in the evening I went to take a shower again and I noticed it was there again in the same spot. It's not colored funny. I went to the doctor and he found a different lump which ended up being a torn tendon, which was painful I thought was just irritated skin.
So I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea on what it is. If maybe me and my fiance got a little too rough and damaged it and it needs to heal or what not. But I'd appreciate the feedback.

From what you say it sounds like it only comes back when you are taking a shower...could be something linked to that. If the doctor didn't find the same lump but another one, it could be that it could heal after a while.
Now in response to the original poster, I have the same question in a way, my topic is "Circumcision problem." Medic-Dan said there are many ways of loosening the skin, is it when you pull the foreskin you have back to the point where it almost hurts and sustain it for minutes?
