I am a 169 lb. white 17 year old. It started about 3 or 4 months ago maybe. My testicles have become oily, and increasingly adhesive. This is the same way for the bottom side of my penis. My penis shaft has darker skin on the bottom half of my shaft all the way around. The top half is soft and white, yet when you move down to the darker skin, it feels thicker and harder almost leather-like. There is also a much smaller sensation on the brown part of the shaft. On the bottom half on the bottom side of my penis i talked about, there are very small white-ish bumps that rise up ever so slightly. My testicles are unusually itchy, and on the sides of my inner thighs, there are reddish lines extending towards my testicles and end at the crease between my legs and groin region. There are 3 of them. They indent in to my skin a very small amount. PLEASE HELP DETERMINE WHAT IS WRONG AND TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO TO GET RID OF THESE PROBLEMS. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET CLOSE TO A GIRL. I HAVE TRIED TO GET CLOSE BUT I AM AFRAID OF WHAT THEY WILL THINK OF ME AND TELL OTHERS.

Sounds like you have a rash or something, dont worry about the small bumps on lower shaft/testicles as they are prob just glands near hair folicles that get blocked in many men. Go to the doctor and remember that stress isnt worth the worry :-)

This isn't a rash, it sounds like I have the same problem. Leathery red skin, itchy, incredibly oily spot. My pores actually can be "popped" like a zit there; not all of them, but a lot of them. I have no idea what it is.

I have the same problem and have actually went through it about 10 minutes ago. I was touching my penis when I felt a hard spot. I looked and it almost look like chicken skin with a small white bump that protrudes from the skin a little bit. I was looking at it and there was a black tip which reminded me of a blackhead. I tried popping it and it popped very easily this time. I have had them before and they didn't pop very easily like this one did. I get them on the lower shaft of my penis where my pubic hairs start to grow. When I have had them before I just popped them and then they would come back after a few months. I have only had one at a time. I was looking online for answers and know now that it is no problem. They are just a form a acne, just like a blackhead. Pimple creams and acne medicine should do the trick. I'm a 21 year old male about 170 lbs and have always had sex with my girlfriend so there was no way for me to have an std.
