penis infection last 3 years

dear doctor/friend, i am suffering with penis problem from last 3 years. In starting days it was hurting me while cleaning with water. later i got red rashes & white discharge. i haven't shown any doctor yet because it was coming & going. But now from last 5 months it become horrible and first time i went to physician two months back in these 3 years. That time i had big red rashes on glan & skin, sores, pus,swell and pain and i was not able to take back my skin & wash it. it was hurting me lot. i had oral sex with my friend 3 years back and i told this to my doctor. he said it happened because of it only and he written many blood test like HSV1,HSV2,HIV,TPHA,VDRL,FTA-ABS. I done all test and reports are negative but doctor still says it is because of oral sex only. he gave me few antibiotic and i got relief but soon it come again and condition was more critical this time. i went to same doctor and he admitted me in his own hospital for 8 days. he given antibiotic drips & injections. i felt better but not healed. He discharge me and write few antibiotics. till today i have spend 25,000 Ruppees on it but no 100% result. my current condition is that rashes,pus & sores are there. still taking same medicines from last 12 days. doctor is saying keep Patience, it will take time. he is giving me surety that it will go... but when? i stopped masturbation coz not able to do it and don't want to do it. the medicines i m taking is herperax, chymoral forte.Ds, and zemetril 250. plz help & guide me...what should i do. i am 32 now, not able to get married because of it bloody problem. i m in stress. is doctor telling me lie that i don't STD. would i be absolutely fine because i found that it is not curable. should i change the medicines, should i go to dermatologist ? please help me..i am waiting for answer. thanks a lot
