The skin on my penis goes red in place after I had sex or masterbated. I have been cerium sized and I get splits on the foreskin. The skin also goes dry and I get flacky skin. I also get this flacky skin on my ball bag it cracks also. All this hurts. How should I treat this? I have a history phrosias on my elbow and knees.
