period came late!can a woman be pregnant when they still have their period?

Yeah, my sister had her period up to 7 1/2 months. She thought she had a tumor and went to the doctor and found out she was pregnant. In a matter of hours her stomach expanded and she could no longer fit her pants. It was kind of funny, what a short pregnancy she had. Her son is now 26 years old. Check with your doctor.
