im 34 and my periods were always 5-7 days very heavy, for the last 5 months they have been 2-3 days max and very light, sometimes the blood looks old and not fresh as it normally would,  this month i haven't even had one, i took a pregnancy test yesterday which was negative, im worried that i may be going through early menopause, could it be anything else?
