Please help!Im 10 days late,on 8th day i started 2 bleed lightly 4 2 days with small spotting,i have symptoms of being preg but hpt says neg even tho 1 was pos but faint,after reading others answers 2 situations similar 2 mine, im feeling hopefull & excited,has anyone been through this & found out they were pregnant?

I was suppose to have a period January 25th but my period never came, my last period was Christmas. I'm have been extremely tired during the day, my breast hurts, nausea, throat hurts, back pains and achy body. Been very moody I was told that will be hard for me to conceive but my body has been very different lately
