I need some instructions. I have 212 lbs now. I had bulked up last few months to 223 lbs and I have decided to cut it down. I have started with diet cutting. Now I should start phase 2 of diet cutting. I have been following recipe at the first phase and it was good. What is important to know for phase 2 of diet cutting?

I see that you have made tremendous progress with first phase. Are you sure that you want to cut down your weight so much? I would be more careful. In phase 2 it is important to know that you should use soy milk instead the regular one, to limit dairy, to avoid white sugar or high fructose syrupy foods and to substitute it with honey or real maple syrup. Limit bread! Take fruit and vegetables as much as you can.
