Break up my marriage !?! If your husband refused to use the exhaust fan in the bathroom; would that be a deal breaker too?
I eat my scabs and consider the possible health benefits because of the POSSIBILITY that the ingestion may help build infection defense barriers. The body is amazing. This is my own theory. I have never had any side effects and don't get sick very often. Who knows maybe it works!

Do you care that much about what other people see and think? When you have a cold and cough up snot, you basically get mucus in your mouth. Should your husband ask you to brush your teeth before each kiss? You don't even want to talk to him about it... you're sorry for him only because you worry about his co-workers seeing him do it... Sounds like you want a picture-perfect husband. Yet life changes people, how do you know that you'll remain perfect and lady-like your whole life through? Talk to your husband about this issue, and try to be understanding. He may be the one still loving you when your back bends 90° one day. Nobody remains picture-perfect in old age. Love and understanding are the only things that can stand the test of time...

I agree. This is a OCD issue often presentwith ADHD and ASD. Telling him to stop is like telling someone not to have low blood pressure. You can ask him not to do it in your prescence but your disgust suggests to me you would do him a favour by leaving him and letting him find a new partner with empathy and compassion Therapy may help him control it somewhat but it is a life long battle and a source of crippling shame
