I have had these small hard pimples begin to appear in my groin area and on my shaft that squeeze out and produce a small hard waxy ball then proceed to bleed. What could they be? They aren't in tight clusters, the size of pin head, pinkish in colour, slightly raised, and produce a small amount of clear fluid when squeezed out of skin. The weather has begun to get warm so maybe it's excess sweat causing an issue? Maybe an unfaithful partner? Help!
