Pimple or bump on ball sack.

i have one that is annoying, i pop it occasionally but it hasn't goneaway yet. i suspect its an ingrown hair as i get them in other parts occasionally. i'm not worried don't think you should be unless it hurts, or opens on its own

OK to answer the original question. These are not cysts or anything else. These bumps are totally NORMAL. You will even see some on the shaft of your penis. If you guys are so worried, go see your GP.

Although most of the young guys on here have either a plain old pimple or a boil. What is described here is PAPULES. They are nothing to worry about. I am 45 and have had them since puberty. It is simply the hair folicles for some reason become inflamed and have very little blood flowing to them. This is what gives them the White Pimple Appearance. They never get any bigger than about 1/16th to 1/8th inch across. They ARE NOT INFECTED, like a pimple or boIl. You can squeeze them all you want and all you will do is pinch yourself and inflict pain. The doctors used to do laser treatment to get rid of them. That may have changed in the past 25 years. They do tend to be to be itchy and painful if irritated. The itching is caused by the hair itself. Guys, if you are shaving, that will make the itching worse. When did guys start shaving their pubs anyway? In my day it was only the girls that shaved. A littlle manscaping is fine, but completly shaving????? I have found the best treatment for them is a good male medicated powder or cream such as Gold Bond. They are just something that you have to learn to live with...........................

 

As for the pimples and boils, I have found that taking a hot moist washcloth and putting it on them for no more than 10 minutes, twice a day until it develops a white head. Then take a sterile needle and pearce the boil close to the edge. Then gently squeeze out the pus. Then clean the area with alchohol or hydrogen peroxide.........................

 

Just so you know, I am not a doctor. Just someone that has been through it all and is giving some hopefully helpful fatherly advice. It looks like most of the guys that posted here are teenagers............................ Guys don't be afraid to go talk to your Dad about something like this. If he cares about you, he will listen and give guidance. I know it can be emabarassing. But he has probably been through it all too. There should not be anything that you can't talk to your Dad about. If you only have your Mom, that can be a bit more tricky. If you feel comfortable talking to your Mom, that's great. If not, then talk to an older brother, an uncle or some other father figure, that you trust. My daughter often came to me with stuff that most Dads would not even think about discussing, but we have a strong enough bond and trust that she knew she could bring anything to me. I always tried to give the right guidance........................ I really hope this helps you out.

Me too i hhavr a small bump on my sac and it appered yesterday not sure what it is im only 15 and its really small.

yea i got one little white bump about the size of a pen tip at the start of each hair i think its just where the cuticle tip is nothing bad so your good dont worry

i have the same problem, im 16 and i also got one next to my sack and in a way it does worry me a lot, i had the little ones on my sack for a while but the one next to my appear after i had a shave so i didn't think much on it but i didn't think i it would stay this long i do want to find out what it is but if i found out it is something i shouldn't have but i am a bit nervous about going to the doctors about it. i have had sex before but i had the little ones on my sack before that and i did use a condom so it can't be an sti if anyone had and information about them please let me know it will be a big help and i will thank them many times. than

hello men, im 22 and had really itchy, like extream itch attacks with bumbs that were painfull white and pinkish pimples all over my body, mostly on my genatials, hands, webs of fingers, and legs.  it was  itchy for most the day but at night it was an intesne painfull itch ecspeally between midnight and 4 am.  finally i went to the dermatolgest and had my skin scraped for testing, it kinda hurt to be scraped with a straight razor but it felt better than the itch. Imdeatly the docter cam in and told me i had scabies. i told him i was a virgin and had no clue how i got scabies! he told me that my job as a cashier at wallmart, handling customers money and being very close to someone who had scabies transmited this demon perasite to me threw handing over a f*****g doller bill. well long story short the docter gave me this cream i had to leave on for 48 hours and twice a week for 2 weeks. let me tell you, that cream felt like fire on the infected areas, but after the first week and vacuming the house, ironing the mattress and pillows, steaming the couches, and then some more vacuming, i was scabies free,  but those basterds left scars all over my ass and hands, so everytime i see them i rember to never touch a humenbeing again!

It's nothing to really worry about, I had on my sack when I was 12 or 13,  and am still a virgin. I had it for a few years until it got a white head, and I was able to pop it. Befoe that I went and got it checked. What it is is a pimple that you get when your prostate glandes or some other I foget, release this kind of sugar from your body or fluid, and basicly builds up into a pimple underneath the skin on your balls. You can either wait till it's ready to pop, t it drained with a needl, and if you choose the needle and it happens again, have surgery to remove your glande/s that is emmitting it. Again there is tno need to worry, it is not a STD. I am now 15, and still have the pimple that has been popped in a sort of deflated state. Im now looking into pimples on your pelvis, wich seem to be of the same causes. One of the only ways to prevent this is to regularly and properley wash your pelvis/sack/and penis making sure not to scratch or irritate the skin. Hope this has been some help.
