I go it too, but I got a bigger problem. I have a blue black lump like thing on my left side of my testicles. It hurts when I press on it. My bro says it's a bruise, my dad says it's normal. I am confused, I hope it's not cancerous. BTW I am 11 years old. Pls help :))

I'm35 and I've had them since I was 15 or so. I'd like to know as well.... I've been checked by my family physician and he said it's just a male thing. He said use Face wash twice daily and it actually works. Good luck young men.

I have the same problem, like 3 or 4 huge pimple-like bumps on my testicle sack and then a few smaller ones. It's a condition I've had years, and within that time a couple of the bumps grew bigger. I went to the doctor twice and it didn't help, they both prescribed me antibiotics for skin infection, it did nothing each time, I might as well have drunk orange juice. And I can't afford to have them surgically removed by a doctor, so I've just removed two of them myself, the biggest ones. It didn't hurt but they did bleed some. I took a safety pin and burned the tip with a lighter and dipped it in peroxide to sterilize it. Then I stepped into a hot shower and I slowly and carefully punctured small holes into the bumps, I did that until I could firmly squeeze the pus filled balls or sacs out, then I cleaned up the small wounds with peroxide and antibiotic gel. Hopefully I did a good job and maybe they won't grow back again, but I've read that they can. So from now on, I'll need to keep a close eye on them and make sure my hygiene is very good down there. I can already tell a big difference in how my testicles look, much better, and hopefully there won't be much scarring when they heal, but the wounds are very small, it didn't take much for the sac to pop out once it had a gateway (tiny hole puncturing with a safety pin or sewing needle, don't recommend any other sharp object) to be pushed through. But unfortunately, removing them is the only way to get rid of them, once you have them good hygiene and antibiotics is not enough.

This is great advice. I did the same thing but was able to get the whole thing out in one piece. It was about the size of a small pea, I saved it. One day when I meet the right girl I'll deposit it in her vagina and we'll have a kid.
