I have the herpes virus. My husband and I have been together for 7 years now, and every once in a while he gets these breakouts in the same two places. On his lower back, and by his nipple area. Never in his genital area, only thoughs two places maybe 3 times a year. They look like a cluster of water blisters. Is this genital herpes?
