I get headache early in the mornings not only in mornings or whenever I go for sleep I get headache. I approached ENT where they diognised for SCAN. SCAN shows there is polyp in the frontal head, doctors suggest for removal of polyp. when the word surgery goes to my mind I really scared and worried. Seven years back I underwent surgery for removal of polyp. They could not remove it since it was very close to brain. Please surggest me if I do Yoga/pranayams/mediatation whether I will be cured or If I go for homeopathy treatment will it be useful = Suresh, Bangalore

I would like to say that I believe in alternative medicine and that this can cure whatever modern medicine can’t but I am not so sure that is completely true.
Do you know anyone who has treated similar condition on that way? And if you do what were the results? I am aware that sometimes people can defeat some conditions with the power of positive thinking and most of these alternative methods are based on positive thinking.
