Hi, I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, I have a problem with maintaining a stabile calcium intake and concentration in my body. Ever since I got osteoporosis I have been trying, together with my doctor, to find an ideal calcium supplement to treat osteoporosis. I have tried few products recommended by both my doctor and my friends who also have the same disease but I wasn’t satisfied with none of them. A while ago one of my friends said she uses Citrical and she said that she’s had wonderful results with it. Has anyone tried Citrical and does it help?

Hi, I have been using Citrical for 3 months now and I'm really amased by the effects I have felt during those three months. Almost all symptoms of my osteoporosis are gone, I feel much better and almost 15 years younger. Citrical is a salt of calcium called calcium citrate, which means that it combines calcium with citric acid, usually found in lemon and orange. Since citric acid is very digestible the organism absorbs the calcium easier and that increases its concentration in the blood which has positive effects on osteoporosis. You should know that you can't expect anything big from Citrical if you don’t follow their physical activity program which is specially designed for people suffering from osteoporosis. If you follow their instructions you will probably feel improvement. I would definitely recommend using Citrical, you have little to lose and lots to gain with it.
