I m a keen physician. Came actoss this post looking for additional knowledge regarding warts. 2nd pic looks normal but they may also be flat warts. They tend to look normal/ pimple like. Acne always form in a follicle but flat warts could be anywhere. If u had condyloma/ genital warts, & had unprotected contact, u are at risk. flat warts are less invasive and remain undiagnosed for long, also abitch to treat.  Good news is they are not harmful but can harm people with organ transplant/ hiv. Pls wear condoms ALWAYS!

Totally normal, although I didn't know when I was your age. I poked around at one of the bigger ones thinking it was a zit or something. It got bigger. When I was in my 20's and a bit self-destructive I cut it off. It looked better for about 6 months, now it is much bigger. Wish I had known.

it they are pimply bumps that appear to surface to the skin and then "burst" a few days later - it is likely herpes.
If the bumps appear and don't "burst" - it is not herpes. A herpes sore is similar to a pimple in this respect; Appears as a puss head that surfaces to the skin, burst, (whereas a pimple would likely not burst unless it is squeezed or rubbed) then slowly heals pretty much like a pimple would albeit a little bit slower. The herpe sore at first may resemble a water blister from a burn then look pussee

2nd picture I've had those, at least from the look of them. Ok so this is by no means medical advice and you definitely should not do this because you could get an infection or something, or just mess up! Maybe your doctor could do this if he agrees? Anyway in my case I think I had the exact same thing, for what it's worth this is what I did, again don't do it! I'm not a doctor and I'm not liable for anything this is only my story, which might help your doctor diagnose you. That's all! I was able to remove these similar looking things by digging in carefully with a needle, applying pressure with tweezers, more needle, applying pressure again and again (steralising everything from skin to needles of course) until I found this tiny perl like fat filled sac under the skin, kind of like a bead, and tore it off, it's attached on one side to I guess the inner layer of skin. I have no idea what they are, maybe a follicle that didn't quite form right I don't know anyway If you don't get the bead thing they just come back. Sometimes you can pop the tiny sac thing and then it's like a husk you have to pull off. It takes quite a bit of pressure and it is hard to get a grip on with the tweezers even after removing some of the skin above it so you can get at. It healed up pretty good though with the tiny scar, and eventually the scar seemed to go away at least for me. Well that's my story, good luck man and again don't do this! This is just one man's story, maybe I'very got something else who knows! Talk to your doctor

For the 2nd pic it's "NORMAL" as in puberty. There's nothing to worry about it. It is called a "Cyst" for those who don't know and they develope as we grow on some of us men and it is basically a ball or lump full of liquid. Yes some are malignant but in his case and in most of ours it is not because if it doesn't hurt or there's no pain then it isn't malignant.
Sources: I went to my doctor for the same reason.
