I'm an 18 year old male, I had my tonsillectomy 10 days ago. According to my family members there has been a very noticeable change in my voice, which was expected. But after the 10 days it's not gone back to normal in the least.

I'm wondering if and when it will go back to normal, and if not completely then what are the permanent vocal side effects caused by this procedure?
