This is kind of long but I need to have the detail in this...

My boyfriend and I had sex on February 14th / 15th ( around 12:00 or 1:00 AM) the condom broke and I was afraid of pre - cum so I took plan B around 4:00 PM on February 15th. My period came on February 23rd on it's normal start date because I am usually on a 28 day cycle, give or take a day or two.
My period ended on the 27th or 28th of Februrary. We had sex again on March 1st and the condom broke again. We realized pretty soon after sex that the condom broke and he did NOT ejaculate inside me but I thought there could still be some precum so within 30 - 40 minutes I took the Plan B pill again.
Thursday night ( 4 days after taking the Plan B Pill) I bled like I was having a period but then it stopped the next day. Then two weeks later I had some spotting which only lasted about two days. Not a lot but enough I had to wear either a pantyliner or a small tampon just in case.
I was due to start my normal period on March 23rd but did not start and it is now April 1st and I have still not started my period yet. I am only 7 - 8 days late so I know I could still have some more waiting time because of taking The Plan B.
Sorry that was so long, haha but there was a lot of information I wanted to make sure I covered.
Also, my breasts have been hurting for a few days now like I am about to start my period.
Basically what I am asking is..... Has anyone else had this situation happen to them? What are the chances of pregnancy with my situation I described? Is my period still coming or was that my period for the month of March when I spotted about 2 weeks ago?
If anyone has information on this whether it happened to you or not I would greatly appreciate anything you have to answer for me.
Thanks a lot!
if you are willing to take Plan B, is there any reason why you haven't considered "The Pill"? it wouldn't be unusual for your menstrual cycle to be disrupted having taken 2 courses of emergency contraception recently. take a home pregnancy test to be sure and look into the pill. also your boyfriend needs to learn to use condoms properly as i'd say he's not doing it right. i've used over a hundred condoms and only ever had one break which was the second one i used, because i had should have changed it (had some anxiety issues with keeping an erection :$) and i didn't squeeze the air out. if you are using condoms properly the failure rate should be extremely low.
