If I am understanding you correctly you have never ejaculated into your gf and she is still a virgin BUT did you penetrate into her vagina with your penis? Is that why you are scared of pre-cum getting her pregnant?

Pre-cum does contain sperm but the majority of the sperm is in the actual ejaculation. If you penetrated into your gf she is no longer a virgin. Also, with penetration she will or might experience a delay of period and the extra hormones are going to make her feel a bit sick like she is feeling.

I don't think your gf is pregnant. But you need to be more careful from now or it will happen. Think about the consequences to that one - are either of you out of school? Can you afford to feed, diaper and cloth a baby? Do you have the time to raise a baby right now? Use protection, anyone can go to the grocery store and buy a box of condoms nowadays.
