I am 49 years old and I recently learnt that I have Bertollati syndrome,I generally have lower back pain on my left side which does not improve by sleeping.I do exercises to get relief.I want to know what kind of exercises and precautions can help me out.I am a regular walker and walk for 30 mins evening and morning.Should I use belt?Kindly suggest me regarding the posture I should adopt while sitting,walking and sleeping.
