Well I am pregnant and I'm about 5 months. I'm currently a senior in high school and I need a P.E credit in order to graduate this year. I've been taking Weight Training instead of regular P.E. and now since I'm further into my pregnancy I was wondering if lifting weights will harm my baby. We do all kinds of lifting and exercises. We do bench press, lunges, squats, leg press, dead lift, and many more. We also need to lift our max. I need to know if it'll harm my baby. Please help. Thank you.

I know its healthy to exercise while being pregnant but not sure weight lifting is that is something I would ask your doctor.
