I'm 13 years old, I'm turning 14 next month. I'm 5'4 and I'm pretty small (body wise). I want to get taller and fast. But I also want to work out like just lift weights.. Not bench press. So I wanted to know if weight lefting will make me grow slow. Please help

Hi Christian,

Weight lifting won't change your growth rate.

The key is that you MUST use correct procedures and don't over do it.  Your body does need a break at times.

Incorrect technique can affect your growth.
