iam 16 and i weight lift i can do 40kg dungbells on shoulders and bench press 140kg and people telll me it will effect me in the furture of further muscle growth when iam older is this true or not ?

No, it won't cause any problems with future muscle growth. 

Just be sure that you are lifting correctly.  Lifting very heavy weights incorrectly can cause problems with your growth plates.
