So there are quite a few factors to consider here:
1. I am well aware of how stupid it was to not use protection.
2. I know it is possible to be pregnant of precum, and he did not ejaculate while inside.

3. The first time was the last day of my period, and we did it once again today... a few hours later I had abdominal cramps. During intercourse there was severe pain to the point where it brought me to tears, so we stopped. I also have PCOS and know that this may be a cause for the discomfort. My question is... is it wise to go with Plan B? He's freaking out more than I am, and this was both of our "first times". Is it too early for signs? An answer is appreciated, please!

Hold off on the sex, even if your partner demands it. Get an exam from your Family Physician (female) or Nurse Practitioner (usually female) and ask if you need to see a gynecologist. Being healthy, especially sexually healthy, is necessary for you, and him. First time is often painful, but should not be excruciating. Sometimes the male member will be too large or the female vagina, entry way or the physical dimensions will be too small or there will be a malformation. Some tiny tearing and much stretching is normal since a rigid body forcing itself in and out of an unstretched or not yet acclaimated organ is the cause. This one seems like more. Firstly, I hope both of you are old enough to have adult sex. That you did not make the proper preparations and made the mistake of unprotected sex makes me question that you are. Please at least see your doctor and be very frank. She cannot help you unless you give her full and truthful information.

He's 20, and I'm 19. It wasn't planned hence not being prepared, and I've already discussed this with my doctor previously when she asked me if I was sexually active. She told me because I have this disorder and possibly endometriosis on top of that, it's not going to be comfortable the first time. I've also been told because of the severity that there is a slightly lightened chance of me ever being pregnant, this was when I was 16. (Without being on Yaz, I don't menstruate at all) Yes I am aware of how stupid it was but we did indeed purchase "Plan B" immediately and have both agreed that there will be no sexual activity in the near future.
