I really need to know the possibility of me being pregnant. I'm 17. i had my last period around april 9th and had sex on the 21, unprotected. i was supposed to get my period on may 8th and it hasnt come yet. my cycle is normally like clockwork. always on time. i'm really starting to worry now. i'm feeling extremely tired, constant headaches, urinating more than normal, getting weird feelings in my stomach, allllwwwyyysss hungry, not really craving anything or getting naseus, but i'm gassy, and feel like i have to have a bowel movement all the time, like a week or so after sex i had period like symtoms-legs aching, and cramps, but no period. and i have slight cramps today and woke up witha backache. HOWEVER, i took two HPT's and both were negative. one three days before i was supposed to get my period and one the day i was supposed to get it (the 8th). Do you think i'm pregnant or just phsyching myself out.
there are a number of reasons why women have late periods. you can try to take another pregnancy test, but i would suggest maybe getting a blood test from your doctor. they are a little more accurate. for some women it takes longer to get a positive result when they are pregnant. and since you had sex pretty close to what would possibly be your ovulation date, i wouldn't be suprised if you were pregnant. good luck.
thank you a lot. well today i got my "period" its really light and like spotting almost. and i just got sick and had dirrhea and i'm extremely dizzy and i'm shaking. i dont know whats going on.
you should probley go see your doctor. those symptoms dont seem normal. take care.
