I am curious if it is possible to get pregnant while the woman is still wearing her underwear as well as polyester shorts, and the man is wearing nothing, and he is ontop of her and he ejaculates on the shorts?
Is it pretty likely that the semen can seep through both materials and travel up the canal and impregnate?

It's possible, but VERY unlikley. The odds of the sperm going through the short, and the underwear, and still having enough strength to travel up to the cervix is small. I wouldn't worry too much.
