Well, It's almost imposible. Sperm has to travel through the cervix, which is about 4-5 inches deep into the vagina. If the sperm was outside her body, It is almost impossible for that to happen. I wouldn't worry about it. :-)

But on her underwear, the odds are REALLY low. Sperm only knows to travel forward, and most of them die the instant they get inside. It is really doubtable that your sperm not only traveled inside but survived to make it through. The odds are so low I would not even fret about it at all.
