Need some advice/answers: Pregnant again or is this a problem from previous M/C or possible Tubal? So let me say that I have seen a DR but still have not received any answers. Background: I suffered from a early MC around the middle of Jan. I was 5 weeks pregnant when bleeding started. By the time a saw a DR on a Wed....I was having a blood flow with clots. My HCG level on Wed was 150. By Friday, my HCG level was down to 42 this was 3 weeks ago yesterday. The 42 confirmed the MC. Bleeding completely stopped by that Saturday. Well, the Dr office wanted me to come in two weeks later to make sure my levels dropped down to below 5 but I had car troubles and couldn't make it at the 2 week mark so I went on the 3 week mark....yesterday. My blood HCG was 57! (higher then it was 3 weeks ago during the MC) As soon as the bleeding stopped, my husband and I have remained "active" without any means of prevention. The dr that saw me the first time wanted me to come in right away because she was concerned about my levels. I asked if it could be another pregnancy and she said she would be shocked at another pregnancy because it's "too soon". I don't know if she has realized its been 3 weeks. She did an US and did not see anything that would indicate a tubal but she said she really does not know and If I experience any pain to go right away to ER. I have no risk factors for Tubal. Is it really impossible that this could be another pregnancy? She is making it seem like it is. Nothing against her, but she is not my normal OB and I cant wait to see my regular OB about all of this
