pressure in lower tummy above pelvic bone & i feels like inside my vagina is swollen ..pregnanc

it could mean pregnancy. when you conceive there is a higher amount of blood flow going to your pelvic/vaginal region and that could be the cause of the swelling and the pressure could be the growing fetus.
