i 23 years old guy, i have problem regading my foreskin of penis., it does not pull back,, wenever i try to pull it ,, i feel horrible pain, plz can you suggest me how i can retract my foreskin? i dont want to bear pain so is there any surgery avaliable here? and also can you tell me the approximate expense for the same

Hi there, if your foreskin doesn't retract you can gently start pulling on it to come back. You have to stretch it gently over a period of time. It shouldn't be painful. The only thing that you can do to get it to retract quickly is to just get a circumcision but I don't know if you want to go that route. What do you think? Let me know okay?

Only you can make the decision regarding a circumcision. I'm not circumcised so I can't really comment on that - maybe theres someone here who is and can share their experiences since.
However, I have heard that its not an instant thing. You have to wait for the wound to heal before you can resume sex for example. I'm not sure though and I could be wrong.
I had the same problem as you though and through some stretching I've managed to overcome the problem. Just attempting to pull it back a bit every time you wash can help and try to go a bit further each time. It's not a lot of pain, just mild only for a couple of seconds each time. No idea about the pain involved with circumcision though.
