I personally know of a lady that was seriously injured at Lifestyle Lift in Atlanta with the same problem. Nylon was used instead of the dissolving stitches. It has costed her a bankruptcy due to all the doctors she has seen and worst, no one has been able to remove all the nylon. Even worse, the doctor did the wrong procedure. Even worse than that, liposuction was done leaving holes in her face. Worse than that, she has become extremely ill. The nylon has cut off circulation in areas of her face which leaves her in screaming pain. Insurarance refused to pay for removal. She has to go to treatment centers for pain. Sadly, she has taken a razor to her own face to remove some of the nylon since no doctor will help her. This is tragic. I was with her at her last appointment. They ran her out of the office and called security on her. They did not want other patients to see how badly they had injured her. I swear this to be a true story.

I am a male and had the lifestyle life approximately two years ago. I still have numbness on the front and back sides of my right ear. At times my lower jaw gets a little numb. I have pressure and pain around the right ear also. I noticed that there are numerous complaints about people still getting the numb sensations 1 and 2 years after surgery. It is extreemly uncomfortable but am afraid I am stuck with it.

Any changes since you posted? I had the procedure in January and the eye scarring is still quite obvious (as well as crooked) and many fat pockets that will not go away. Doctor said to "massage" them every day. Well, I have and still my neck looks a whole lot worse than BEFORE the surgery. I had a smooth neck. Now I have a 95 yr old looking neck!

Yep,bad infection behind my ears. He, "doctor" blames everything on someone else. H e said putting bandages on these oozing wounds is what Caused infection. No it started after I had the stitches removed. I can tell ,if, , when this heals scars will be deep and there.
The surgery was Extremely painful, and he didn't correct an area he promised he would,
This cost an extreme amount of money. Am very worried about this infection .

I have had nothing but problems since my Lifestyle Lift at the ATlanta location on February 6th, 2013.  The bumps that were sutures took 10 months to disolve but they did.  The buns on each side of my face left terribe scares and the scares from the incisions are horrible.

I hear you. I am sick over my outcome - big lumps under my skin and a huge lump on my neck that is meeting the little lumps on my adam's apples that have formed. I have an adams apple like a man. And, the doctor doesn't know why I have these bumps!! WHAT? I want a class-action lawsuit. I'm in. Contact me on here now.

Yes, and I would like to sue the hell out of this company! Their using people as guinea pigs. I don't think these so called doctors are legitimate! I get sick everytime I look in the mirror or touch under my neck & ears! Would anyone like to join in on a law suit?

I had the surgery done over year ago. I have the same bumps and still have some numbness in my neck. I also notice my jowls reappearing slightly, though they told me I could expect the surgery to last approximately 10 years. It's my understanding they are now out of business. Perhaps dissatisfaction is why. Diane (Menifee, CA)

I've had problems with Life Style Lift too. The result was that too much skin was still sagging, so I had the lower face/neck
lift done again,by another Life Style Lift surgeon, but this time keloids/scars developed behind my ears. They went out of business before completing my follow-up appts. Those sppts. were supposed to be a series of steroid injections to remove the
keloids/scar tissue. Is there a class-action law suit or attorneys who will take individual's cases like yours or mine? Please let me know by emailing me

I look worse after the procedure than before. I was given one pill before surgery and the doctor did not get there till 3 hours later. I felt every needle and every cut, with excruishating pain I cried and begged them for something to ease the pain and they acted as if I was not there. The scares behind my ears are hideous. I have deep wrinkle lines above my lips that are horrible. I feel I was pressured into getting this done by the sales people. There was NO aftercare, just pain. I relive the nightmare of needles and cutting everyday. LSL is a total joke
