I posted over a year ago on here, and then bookmarked the site. Not sure if anyone is still following, but I found something that fixed my pelvic pains, Cialis.
I'm 36 and had to go see the urologist (a new one) recently about frequent urination at night, which had just started. I had seen three urologist prior to this regarding the pains, and the only thing that worked was taking 1200-1600 mgs of ibuprofen prior to ejaculation, which was neither convenient nor sustainable. I had pretty much given up on the pelvic pain thing, but I brought it up to the new urologist anyway and he thought the two might be related. After a couple of different treatments, an ultrasound, a cystoscopy, and a pelvic/abdomen x-ray, he found nothing and was almost stumped. He finally thought I might try Cialis. Note: I have no ED issues, which I immediately mentioned. He said doctors weren't quite sure how it worked, but it had been shown to relax the pelvic floor muscles. They even prescribe it to pregnant women.
Anyway, I took 5 mg daily for about a week, and both the urination and the pelvic pains post ejaculation went away. I stayed on it for about three months and had no issues. I currently had to get off of it because of the price. There's a generic now, but my high deductible health care plan doesn't cover it. Of course both issues returned after about a week, but maybe this helps somebody else that has better insurance.
