Very natural! It could be two things. If you actually had an orgasm - that is the start of semen for you. When a guy first starts ejaculating it is usually clear (and very slippery). On the other hand if this stuff just kind of leaked out when you were maturbating - before an orgasm - it is 'precum'. Both normal and natural!
